Denise is the founder of Better & Brighter, a heart-centered movement empowering women to build meaningful, profitable businesses doing work that truly matters, helping kids grow into confident, kind, and capable humans.

Denise created Better & Brighter  over  20 years ago to fill the gap traditional education often misses: real-life skills. Through social skills, confidence-building, communication, and everyday life lessons, her work helps kids thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

At the same time, Denise is passionate about elevating women. Better & Brighter trains and certifies women to become Life Skills Coaches for Kids—giving them the tools, curriculum, and confidence to launch flexible, purpose-driven businesses that support their families and their communities.
