Hi,

Thank you so much for letting me teach your kids dining skills. Some of these skills you may have already taught them but we all know as parents, sometimes what we say goes in one ear and out the other. I have found that kids learn manners best when we bring fun, games and role-playing into the lessons.

After your kids learn these skills they become confident and comfortable in any dining situation. You can feel good that when they go eat at a friend’s home, they won’t be eating with their mouth open or saying, ‘I don’t like this’, but will complement the meal, help clean up and say thank you.

Besides teaching your kids how to eat the right way, I teach them why. They realize that learning these manners shows that they respect themselves and everyone around them.
When they learn to set the table it is not a chore, but a way to help out and be kind. We also talk about eating together at the table as a family and how it helps them connect with you and their siblings.

I look forward to meeting you and your kids.

Warmly,

Denise
